I am a 44C, I ordered true to size and the band and cups fit perfectly, I did not use the provided extender. with the wide band and 5 clasp closure your back and sides are securely contained. Assuming you get the correct band size you will have excellent flab concealment. It's very slimming. The cups are awesome, they don't have any weird seams or shaping that give you weird pointy/cone boobs, mine were nicely rounded. Your boobs are lifted and held fairly close together which provides the cleavage.
